He was born in a village of Erzurum called 'Pırtın' in 1966. Same year,  his family migrated to Izmir due to the economic inadequacy. After studying in orimary and secondary school in Bayraklı Erenler, he passed the Police College exams and went to Ankara. After 8 years of education, he started to work as a police officer in Sivas and passed the Istanbul University Faculty of Law exam in the same year.

In 2006, he could not match the prevailing sense of rule in his current working place Izmir Police Department, he retired and strarted to work as a lawyer.

Believing that legal conflicts can be resolved with alternative solutions, he has successfully completed his training and exams as a result he has deserved the title of 'mediator'.
